Unlike traditional footings, our Helical pile system causes no mess, no heavy excavation, and can be installed in virtually any weather or soil condition.

Concrete Ground Floor Done Right

We lay a 150mm thick solid concrete slab, reinforced with Multideck and galvanized steel sub-frame, filled with high-grade C35 concrete.

Another Option is a Helical Piled supported Raft Foundation. Normally around 250mm thick with steel reinforcement and tends to have a ground heave protecting layer.
